The panoramic views of Manhattan were brought to life with custom glass railings, durable decking, and integrated seating areas that invite both entertaining and relaxation.

The plan was completely restructured to maximize usability. McGrath Construction reinforced the structure, improved waterproofing, and redesigned circulation to connect the rooftop seamlessly with the interior. The addition of custom pergolas provides shade and architectural character, while strategic lighting creates an inviting atmosphere that extends the space’s usability into the evening hours.
